Cascais, by the sea

Cascais is where Lisbon meets the ocean. Old villas, quiet bays and that soft Atlantic light, only half an hour from the city. If you are planning an intimate wedding in Cascais, I would love to hear your story.

Why get married in Cascais

Cascais has the charm of a small fishing town and the feeling of a holiday by the sea. Elegant villas, gardens, cliffs and long beaches, like Guincho, are all close together.

It is easy for your guests too. They can stay in Lisbon or by the sea, and Sintra is just over the hills.

How I photograph your wedding

In Cascais, I follow the sea. I catch the real moments as they happen, and I guide you gently when it helps, so your photos feel natural, emotional and romantic.

Near the sea, the light changes fast and the wind has its own plans. I plan your timeline around the golden hour, so your portraits by the water feel calm, warm and real.

Wedding collections start from €3,000.

Where to get married in Cascais

Cascais has old villas and palaces with gardens by the sea, hotels on the cliffs and small beaches for quiet portraits. Guincho, with its wild dunes, and the cliffs of Boca do Inferno are lovely for photos after the ceremony.

Estoril and the coast road to Lisbon are close too, so you can plan a welcome dinner by the water the night before.

When is the best light by the sea?
The hour before sunset. I always plan your portraits around it.
