Meet Sofia, your wedding photographer in Portugal

As a little girl I was full of curiosity, always exploring, always asking my parents for film cameras. I wanted to keep everything.
I studied design and photography at university, and that knowledge still shapes every frame I take. Then aviation took me around the world, and that creative side went quiet for a while. But it never really left.
When I received my own wedding photos, I lived the whole day again. I knew it was time to reinvent myself. I've done it more than once in my life, and this time I followed what had always been there.
They say if you do what you love, you'll do it for the rest of your life. This is mine.
Being a mum of three is what moves me every day. It's also why I care so much about the little moments, the ones that pass in a second. I love to travel with my kids, and I married the love of my life, so I know how much these days mean. I give every couple the same generosity and care I give my own family.
Sixteen years in aviation taught me a lot. So many cultures, so many cities, so many different time zones. I learned how to read a room, how to stay calm and collected when plans change, how to stay poised on a busy day, and how to make people feel at ease, wherever they come from. It gave me empathy and a real openness to every culture.
So whether you're flying your favourite people to a vineyard in the Douro, a beach in the Algarve or the streets of Lisbon, I know what that day means. I'm creative, perceptive and sensitive, and I'll be there for all of it: the quiet hands, the crooked smiles, the in-between.

The minute the ceremony is over.
You've just said "I do", the nerves are gone, and the party is about to start. You are both so happy and so relaxed. I love that moment.
Most of the time I stay in the background, a quiet and mindful presence, and let the day happen. When you need it, I guide you, and I always adapt to you. Some couples love a little direction, others just want to be themselves. Either way, you'll feel confident with me. I'm easy to talk to and very relatable.
