FAQs: planning your destination wedding in Portugal
Just got engaged? Here is everything couples usually ask me before they book. If your question is not here, just ask. I reply within 24 hours.
Goodto know
How much does it cost?
Wedding collections start from €3,000. The final price depends on how many hours you need and what you would like to add, like an engagement session or an album. Send me your date through the contact form and I'll reply with my full investment guide. Every collection is built with intention, so you only pay for what has real value to you.
What is your photography style?
Documentary at heart, with an editorial eye. I catch real moments as they happen and frame them with care: polished and stylish, but never staged. I shoot digital and film, for a lovely balance of both.
Do you work alone?
Yes. It's just me, so you always know who will be there on your day. My promise is commitment, dependability and consistency, from the first message to the last photo. A purposeful approach, made for you.
What's your booking process like?
It's simple and customer-centric: everything is built around you, so you always know what comes next.
1. Enquire. Fill in the contact form. I reply within 24 hours.
2. Video call. A relaxed 20-minute call to get to know each other, talk about your plans and make sure we're in alignment.
3. Book. A signed contract and a deposit secure your date.
4. Welcome kit. Once you book, you get a welcome kit with planning tips and a disposable film camera, so you can start documenting your own story.
5. Planning. A few weeks before the wedding, I send you a short questionnaire. If you have a planner, I love the collaboration and work with them on the timeline. Plans change, and I always have flexibility.
6. Your wedding day. I'm there for the big moments and the quiet ones, with full focus and attention to detail.
7. Your photos. You get a sneak peek about 48 hours after the wedding, and your full online gallery within 60 days. Your guests can easily find the photos they're in.

Do you only do weddings in Portugal?
Not at all. I'm based in Lisbon and most of my weddings are in Portugal, but I love to travel. I have photographed weddings in other countries too, including the US. Tell me where you're getting married and I'll send you a quote.
Do you offer engagement or post-wedding sessions?
Yes. Some collections include an engagement session, or I can add one for you. If you're in Portugal a few days before the wedding, it's a thoughtful way to get to know each other before the big day.
Do you use drone footage?
Yes, when it's safe and allowed. I check the local rules and the weather first, so you can have beautiful aerial photos of your venue.
Can we order an album with our photos?
Yes. Your photos deserve to live outside a screen. I offer elegant, classy albums made with tasteful, long-lasting materials, so you can hold them, share them and one day pass them down.
Do you collaborate with wedding planners?
Yes, I love working with planners. If you don't have one yet, I'm happy to recommend people I trust in Portugal.
Still have a question?
Every wedding is different. Tell me about yours and I'll answer everything on a relaxed video call.
